Domestic Investigations

“Domestic investigations are in essence legal investigations designed to produce testimony and evidence that may be used in court.”

DIVORCE:

* BACKGROUND CHECK

In today’s society can you truly tell who you are really marring? The streets are full of violent people, sex offenders, and con-artists. We can produce evidence that can help support your case by doing an in depth screening of a soon to be ex-spouse.

* ASSET CHECK

Knowing a divorce may be the future; many individuals hide assets, fix books, and create plans to minimize their wealth years before a divorce. They can create artificial debts to diminish estates and devalue businesses that they intend to build up once the divorce is final. Often there are non-claimed wills, inheritance, and other proceeds. If overlooked all assets may not be divided equally leaving you with an unfair share of the case.

* SURVEILLANCE

We can create a “day in the life” production to gather additional evidence such as cheating spouses, criminal activities, and any under the table work that has not been claimed to help you get the best possible resolution to your case.

CHILD CUSTODY

* BACKGROUND CHECK

Our investigators will unearth the prior life history and detrimental past activities such as alcohol/substance abuse, child abuse, molestation, and neglect to prove that these activities bear a strong relationship to current and future activities of the person.

* FINANCIAL CHECK

We establish if one or both parties are able care financially for the child or which parent would be more financially suitable.

* SURVEILLANCE

Our investigators create a “day in the life” production that presents and documents the evidence as to the fitness and capabilities of the parent(s) and their ability to care for their child’s current and future needs. We document daily routines of both parent(s) and the child to show the degree of supervisory care and to show any outside influences that may have be harmful to the interest of the child’s welfare.

LOCATING ABDUCTED CHILDREN (BY NON-CUSTODIAL PARENT)

In many cases a parent chooses to flee the area with the child because of fear of losing or not being granted custody. In most cases the abduction is not criminal because neither parent has been awarded custody at the time. Our investigative team can quickly find the child and help build a custody case.
